| No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization. Special orders are not returnable. All return shipments must be prepaid. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to returns. No returns accepted after 60 days of invoice date. |
| Claims for damage, shortage and loss in transit must be made within (5) days of receipt to both the freight carrier and LPW. |
| All expenses resulting from a refused shipment, regardless of reason, will be the responsibility of the customer. Notice will be sent regarding this amount and the amount will be carried as a balance due. Further shipments will not be made until LPW is reimbursed for the expense. |

In no event shall LPW Racing Products, Inc. be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, property damage, personal injury damages or death, including, without limitation, lost profits, directly or indirectly arising out of or resulting from any service performed, products manufactured and/or goods sold by LPW Racing Products, Inc. No officer, director, employee or salesman of LPW Racing Products, Inc. or any of its vendors, dealers or distributors has any authority to make any statements contrary to what is herein above written. |
